We value diversity and believe that embracing different perspectives and experiences strengthens our community and advances our mission to serve immigrants, refugees, low-income families, and all who seek assistance, regardless of their background or beliefs.
Anyone who believes they have experienced discrimination or harassment in connection with DDIC is encouraged to report the incident to DDIC leadership. DDIC will take prompt and appropriate action in response to any such reports.
Together, we strive to ensure dignity, equity, and justice for all members of our community.
