On the Day your Lord’s signs arrive, belief will not benefit those who did not believe earlier or those who did no good through their faith.1 Say, “Keep waiting! Hadith Used in Khutbah​

  • Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) used to se from the torment of the grave, torment of Hell and the trial of Dajjal.(sah)
  • Abdullah bin ‘Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: One day the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) mentioned Al-Masih Dajjal (the Antichrist) in the presence of the people and said, “Verily, Allah is not one-eyed but Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal is blind in the right eye which looks like a swollen grape.”[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Dua’ used in the khutbah​

  • O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave,and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and from debt . (Albukhary and Muslim sahih)
